Veri good, friendly service. We were let down by another well known salon where their booking system confirmed the appointment to us, but the salon has no appointment showing on their side.  My 14 year old was extremely disappointed, wanted to know what we were going to do now at 6pm.  She'd told all her friends at school she was coming to mufti day with her new do, she had been excited the whole week. I phoned Beauty with Grace and they were more than happy to take Dominique in.  The ladies were very friendly and welcoming, the salon is lovely and has a great atmosphere. Pam did Niqi's hair and to see her face light up after was priceless. Called in as walk-ins we're advertised for a 'trim' as on holiday and needed a freshen up.
Pam attended to me and listened to me - something hairdressers don't always do!
